Preventive maintenance

In addition to downtime maintenance, we also offer other preventive maintenance services that are performed to ensure uninterrupted production.

Downtime maintenance

We carry out downtime maintenance efficiently ensuring that all necessary maintenance procedures and repairs are done at once. We also help with the scheduling and planning of maintenance stops.

Repairs and on-call service

Our goal is to repair a broken machine or device to working order as quickly as possible. If possible, we also serve on-call for production-critical maintenance needs that arise unexpectedly.

Our personnel has years of experience working in different industrial environments.

EQUIPMENT

We use our own HIAB equipment for maintenance work and, if necessary, also other lifting equipment.

INTERNATIONALIZATION

We offer industrial maintenance services both in Finland and internationally.

Welding work and quality control

Temaco's welding certificates are maintained in the KEMPPI Weldeye digital system, which guarantees that the certificates are always valid and updated. Temacon has its own WPS for welding work at installation sites.

Comprehensive and always calibrated clamping equipment

Our company uses a large number of different bolt and joint tightening equipment for torqueing bolt joints. The machines are manufactured by the world's leading suppliers and are always calibrated devices.
